Seriously, it’s the BEST spot to get beginner equipment. Because baybeeee a 5 lb. weight + jump rope will HUMBLE you at first. Ask me how I know??? I get all my essentials here for my little corner of workout paradise at home.
Goal: Complete 90 at-home workouts before January 31, 2025. This means about 5-6 days a week, but I’m flexible. I’ve learned that hard limitations and rules aren’t good for my morale. What does work for me? Enjoying the movements I’m doing + focusing one day at a time. As I practice good form and complete my workouts I’m ALSO cussing throughout the entire process, rolling my eyes, and making crazy faces. Balance. Mmmmkkaaayyy? Even with the extras I’m DOING the things so…a win is a win. Even when it looks differently than others.
